  Workshop 1: Today I bake myself a pizza
  In this workshop we will learn about the journey from the grain in the field to the finished pizza on the plate. We look at different types of grain and what they look like in the field. The farm's own mill is visited and the flour is processed into delicious pizzas.
  Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours.
  Get to the potatoes
  A joint hike to the potato field, where the tractor is already ready for digging - we harvest potatoes together - back to the farm - prepare potato wedges - while the potatoes are roasting in the oven, we take a tour of the farm and take a look at the farm animals.
  Duration: 3 hours
  Animal adventures and wild things from the meadow
  In intensive contact with the animals: visit and pet sheep, explore the horse stable, do stable work, groom and lead horses, pet chickens and learn a lot about the importance and way of life of these animals on the farm. In addition, wild herbs are discovered and harvested and processed into a delicious spread for snacks. Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours

  With this program, every participant can do something good for the future of our planet! We learn about the functions of the forest, different tree species and plant young trees.
  Duration approx. 2.5 - 3 hours.
  Autumn festival at the 3er-hof
  This workshop strengthens team spirit and is also suitable for introductory days for new classes or for companies as teamwork. We focus on the treasures of agriculture that can be harvested in autumn: we cook a stew of freshly harvested potatoes on the campfire and also collect zucchini and pumpkin fresh from the vegetable garden. We use our own flour to bake delicious rolls and, if we have enough time, apple muffins. To drink, we have freshly pressed apple juice, which we press from the apples we collect together.
  Duration: 4 - 5 hours
  Soil ecosystem
  Why do we need healthy soil? What lies beneath the earth? We take a spade sample and analyze the organic soil. Afterwards we will go to the compost site and talk about modern circular economy.
