Basically, it's very simple: If you can contribute your knowledge to improving our tips, then you're an insider and can help thousands of families with their leisure activities. We offer a variety of options for you to get involved in our community.
Insider - this is how you can support families and us:
- Improve destinations that have not yet provided us with any data.
- Let us know about new destinations or those we don’t list yet.
- Upload pictures from your trips.
- Rate the destinations you visited.

Through the blue cherries network, we show thousands of leisure tips on numerous channels such as portals, apps and blogs. By integrating the family cherries recommendation platform for family outings on your website, you offer your readers the entire spectrum of leisure options for the next family adventure. This works either via the family cherries plugin for Wordpress or an HTML5 iFrame integration. For more details, see family-cherries.com or contact us.
Why you should become a partner:
With the partner program, you not only get valuable content for your readers on the blog, increase session duration and the user experience, you also benefit from our online and social marketing.
- We will link your website/blog directly to the destinations you have added.
- We show your logo and the name of your site.
- If we work together extensively, we will present you on our social media channels (Facebook including group and Instagram).
How does the insider or partner program work?
Write us a message and introduce yourself briefly:
- What is the name of your website, blog or social media presence?
- Which excursion destinations and approximately how many can you add?
- Can you provide information, reviews and pictures or just some of them?
Depending on the amount of data provided, you will then receive a link to the entries and - if images were also submitted - a short presentation on our social media channels including a link. The links to your website in particular have long-term added value for you. A link from us to your site gives you an advantage in search engine optimization.

Completely new excursion destination
If we haven't recorded a destination yet, you can easily announce it using this link. You also have the opportunity to provide all relevant information here:

Data for an existing destination
If you would like to add data and information to a destination that we already list, it's very easy:
- Open the excursion destination on the search page at www.familienausflug.info/ausflug-mit-kindern/
- Click on "Improve destination entry" on the left if you are working on a PC or laptop or further down on a smartphone
- Click on "I am a visitor" and fill in the data in the form that appears
We review all suggestions for improvement and manually activate them, so it may take up to 48 hours before we see the data you have submitted.
Pictures for new or existing destinations
After you have announced a new excursion destination or a suggestion for improvement, you can upload photos of your family trip. This is easy and can be done directly in the excursion destination view. After you are on the excursion destination's details page, go to the "Photos" tab and click on "+Upload photos now" (on a PC or laptop) or on the bottom of the smartphone on the gear and then "Upload photos".
We will also first check your photos manually and only then release them.
Your opinion counts: Submit reviews
Once you are on the desired excursion destination page, select the tab for "Reviews" or the star (on your smartphone). There you can then submit your own or first review . State which excursion groups the destination is suitable for and how you liked it. Then submit the review and confirm the email we send you.
