  This is a guided tour with an experienced instructor. Incl. vehicle for rental (Quad Kymco MXU), technical instruction, safety instruction, organization, support (instructors, guides), use of off-road terrain, route security, fuel costs. Equipment is provided (safety helmet, hygiene caps). You are welcome to bring your own equipment. The group size per tour is max. 9 people.
  Archery (for participants aged 12 and over)
  An ideal activity for improving concentration, reducing stress, mental relaxation, activating primal instincts. There is a direct sense of achievement. A sporting activity without the risk of injury. After a professional instruction from our archery scout, the fun begins with various disciplines. Whether e.g. E.g. in the "Robin Hood Tournament", "Duel", "Whoever dares wins", "The best first" or in the hunt for three-dimensional animal dummies (depending on the situation): the best entertainment awaits you!
  Yoga with Michaela Langer (For participants aged 12 and over)
  The focus is on optimal alignment in the asanas in connection with a heart theme that flows through the entire class. You will receive precise instructions and detailed explanations of what to pay attention to in each exercise. Asanas that are held improve your stability and stance in the long term. Asanas in flow, called Vinyasa, bring dynamism to body, mind and soul. You feel liberated and refreshed. In yoga, no one should force themselves, but should always pay close attention to the signals of their body. This means that exercises can be performed individually and adapted if necessary. I take time for each individual participant and address individual circumstances. The most important thing is to practice without injury. The yoga practice is always rounded off by breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation with various elements such as progressive muscle tension according to Jacobsen, autosuggestion, guided imagery, affirmations or simply silence.

The safe entry into the off-road world! A driving event that requires courage, concentration and skill. Experience an entertaining mix of driving seminar and off-road experience. The ideal terrain can be found in the Adventure Quarry. The basics of off-road driving are taught using a variety of natural terrain and obstacles.
  This will enable you to safely assess different types of obstacles in the terrain and their risk. The varied off-road course offers uphill and downhill driving, diagonal driving and crossing, water holes, mud passages and much more.

  Driving & Training for Off-Road Drivers

  Training with off-road instructor in small groups. Duration 3 hours. Morning: 09:30-12:30, Afternoon: 13:30-16:30.
  On an area of ​​approximately 15 hectares, participants have the opportunity to test the capabilities and limits of their own vehicle under expert guidance. Together with our off-road instructor, appropriate routes, passages and obstacles are selected and driven over. From now on it's all about practice - driving - practice - driving, etc.
  We hope for a lively exchange between the participants and our instructor in a relaxed atmosphere. Get to know your vehicle better, use all the technical possibilities and correctly assess the corresponding driving characteristics.
