Description Destination
The sister of the Liliputbahn in the Prater was opened as an exhibition railway for the Vienna International Garden Show (WIG) in 1964. It delights with the beauty of its route, which leads through the well-kept park landscape past magnificent flowerbeds and lush meadows. On the journey you will also discover one or two places that are worth exploring on a subsequent walk or you can simply relax in the middle of one of the most beautiful recreational landscapes in Vienna.
The Danube Parkbahn also takes you to areas of the park that you would not normally be able to reach on foot.
