The forest adventure begins in the heart of Holstein, right on the A21, Daldorf exit! A huge playground, large, walk-in game enclosures and the many picnic areas and huts characterize this family excursion destination. The birds of prey show in the falconry (March 1st - October 31st), carriage rides, pony rides and the daily wild boar feeding provide plenty of variety. If you get hungry, have a picnic at one of the numerous barbecue huts or visit the family restaurant. In the so-called "Waldhaus" there is a shop with books and toys and an exhibition.

      Every day at 2 p.m. the wild boars are fed at the visitor's platform. Over 80 boars, sows and piglets then come out of the forest onto the large meadow. Visitors can observe the animals from close up without a fence. At the end of the tour, the staff provide expert explanations.

      falconry

      The falconry in the Adventure Forest is open from March 1st to December 31st from 12pm to 3pm. You can see falcons, owls, hawks, buzzards and owls. The falconer is available during this time to answer questions and take beautiful photos. At 3pm there is a big flight show with the eagle owl and the sea eagle.
