Vorab => wir haben uns vor der Buchung bzgl. Sondergruppen-Ticket informiert => wir wurden gemäß „Rollstuhlfahrer-Beinträchtigung“ hingewiesen, unsere regelmäßige Erkenntnis dazu => niemand denkt daran, dass es auch andere Beeinträchtigungen gibt, nicht nur eine Gehbeeinträchtigung, SEHEN IST HIER DAS THEMA!
Nun, unser Erlebnis an diesem Wochenende:
wir haben unsere Anfahrt zur Burg Lockenhaus gestartet, unser Ticket war für 17.30 h ausgestellt – man musste sich ja eine Uhrzeit im voraus aussuchen – also nahmen wir auch an, dass die Besucherinnen vor uns und nach uns bzw. zur gleichen Zeit wie wir einigermaßen unter Kontrolle sind. Als wir dann bei der Burg angekommen waren trauten wir unseren Augen/Ohren nicht => wir konnten überhaupt nicht mehr zur Burg zufahren!!! Die 2 jungen Damen an der Kreuzung unterhalb bei der Zufahrt zur Burg waren anscheinend nur darauf eingeschult uns den um 50 m entfernten Parkplatz unterhalb der Zufahrt zu zeigen und dorthin zu verweisen. Wir waren sehr schockiert, denn unsere gesamte Ausgabe über knapp 50 EUR war damit für uns hinfällig:
1. es begann zu regnen
2. Behindertenparkplatz offensichtlich nicht vorhanden
3. in ein Getümmel von 100.ten Leuten auf der Burg
...... dieses Vorhaben war für uns schlicht und einfach GESTORBEN!!! Wir haben daraus gelernt, dass wir nie wieder Karten im voraus kaufen werden, wenn sich dann eine Burg-Organisation nicht darum kümmert, dass die einen - die schon lange genug da waren - Platz machen für diejenigen die als nächstes zur Burg-Ausstellung kommen wollen. Vorallem dann, das ist unser Unverständnis dabei: wenn um Auswahl einer Uhrzeit gebeten wird!! Es wurden einfach alle Besucher aufgenommen ohne Rücksicht auf die was nachkommen.
Unsere Karten haben wir einer der jungen Damen geschenkt, sie hat sie auch gerne weiterverkaufen können, da unser Interesse sehr sehr getrübt war!
