Description Destination
From April to October, the Bad Wimpfen children's city guides look forward to welcoming many visiting children, who they can take with them on an exciting tour of discovery through narrow streets and secret corners. Every first Sunday of the month, they tell entertaining stories in historical costumes and present towers, gates, half-timbered houses and fountains from a child's perspective.
Before or after the tour, it is worth visiting the Red Tower. In the Staufian defense tower there is an exhibition of a medieval guard room from around 1200 with knights, armor and much more. The Red Tower is open to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
