Description Destination

In the summer of 2002, the new natural swimming pool was opened under Mayor DI Schmidt Johann. The old swimming pool no longer met the high hygiene requirements. It was therefore necessary to take a new approach.

Part of the old swimming pool remained and is now the swimming area. The non-swimmer and children's areas were also connected. The entire pool is fed exclusively with spring water. The water quality is ensured without the addition of chemicals. The water is purified by the interaction between aquatic plants and plankton, as well as by the circulation of the pond water via a plant filter.

Connected to the natural swimming pool are a restaurant with a large terrace, a children's playground and a beach volleyball court.

from May every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. when the weather is good for swimming, otherwise during the canteen's kitchen hours48
