The Schlick 2000 hiking area in Fulpmes in the front Stubai Valley has many exciting adventure trails to offer for the whole family. The popular disc path is particularly action-packed:
This beautifully laid out route leads through the spruce forest from the Panorama Lake to the Froneben middle station and provides exciting fun for the whole family. Equipped with a disc, your wooden companion, you can race against it. The wooden disc rolls along the grooves at the side of the path and has to overcome tricky stations. The challenge is not to let the disc fall to the ground.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
A wooden disc that you can borrow at the valley station ticket office. Costs 4,- €, of which you get 2,- € back when you return it.

Children under 8 years of age can ride the cable car for free when accompanied by a paying parent with the same ticket category.
Price per wooden disc 4 euros (2 euros are returned at the end after you hand it in).
Up and down trip for adults (with guest card) to the Froneben middle station: 18.40 euros
Up and down trip for children born between 2009 and 2015 to the Froneben middle station: 9.80 euros
The Froneben middle station can also be reached on foot via a forest path. Walking time from the Kreuzjochbahn valley station is around 1 hour.

Take the A13 Brenner motorway to the Schönberg/Stubaital exit, continue on the main road past Mieders to reach Fulpmes.
Arriving by plane:
Innsbruck airport, continue by taxi, bus or Stubaitalbahn to Fulpmes.
Munich airport: bus transfer to Innsbruck
Salzburg airport: bus transfer to Innsbruck
Arriving by train/bus:
Innsbruck main station, continue by Stubaitalbahn or bus to Fulpmes.
