      We would be happy to show you what we mean by circular economy! In an entertaining tour of our Wildshut estate, we will show you all the steps of brewing beer: from grain to malting and roasting and of course the brewing of our Wildshut beer specialties. And of course there will also be a tasting of our Wildshut beers.

      Duration: approx. 1.5 hours / Price: €16.50 (min. 5 people & max. 18 people).
      Please note that tours must be booked 10 days in advance.

      Bread and beer have always been closely linked and it is still not clear which delicacy people discovered first. This seminar offers the opportunity to make special types of bread and to discover the secret behind baking. In addition to a historical overview, the course participants are shown the old craftsmanship and the special features of organic raw materials. Rudi Pichler, a passionate cook who has also dedicated himself to the baking trade, gives the participants a perfect introduction to the art of baking and reveals a few tricks to make each loaf of bread special.

    You can reach us with the Salzburg local train at the “Gut Wildshut” stop. To get on and off the local train at the “Gut Wildshut” stop, please press the stop button provided.

    Coming by bike from Salzburg, the well-signposted Tauern cycle path leads along the Salzach directly to the gates of the Stiegl-Gut Wildshut. You can get on in the city of Salzburg directly on the banks of the Salzach. After the Lehener Bridge, we recommend using the right bank in the direction of Passau.
