Nestled in the majestic Salzkammergut mountains, this unique local recreation area stretches over one of the largest alpine pastures in Europe at an altitude of 1100 meters. From the car you can go straight to the slopes with skis, sledges or tubes. The restaurant and huts are within walking distance and your four-legged friends are welcome too.

Arrival via Upper Austria: Gmunden / Bad Ischl /Strobl:
Westautobahn A1 – Regau exit
on B 145 towards Bad Ischl
continue on B 158 – first exit St. Wolfgang / Strobl
then immediately right under the main road,
up via the Höhenstraße to the Postalm Winterpark.
Arrival via Salzburg – 2 options:
Via B159 towards Golling/Abtenau,
at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto B 162,
continue on B 162 – take the Volgau exit,
over the bridge and turn right onto Lammerweg,
turn left onto Postalmstraße.
Via A1 – Thalgau exit,
B 158 towards Hof/Fuschl/St. Gilgen/Strobl
After entering the town, immediately right, follow Postalmstraße.
