§ 1 Organizer

(1) The organizer of the competition is blue cherries network GmbH with the family leisure platform familienausflug.info, represented by the managing director Andreas Schober.

(2) This competition is in no way connected with Facebook or any other social media provider on which this competition may be announced.

§ 2 Competition

(1) The Organizer is holding a competition. For this purpose, it has provided one or more prizes and will award them to the winner(s) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

(2) Participation does not require the purchase of any goods or services.

(3) Winner notification: Winners will typically be notified via social media direct message or email . If a winner cannot be reached or responds, the drawing will be held again.

(4) Transfer, exchange or cash redemption of the prize The prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for another prize or cash.

(5) The competition may be terminated prematurely or changed under certain circumstances .

These are:

(5.1) Technical Problems If the website or platform on which the competition is hosted experiences significant technical difficulties or failures.

(5.2) Attempts at manipulation Detection of fraud or manipulation by participants or third parties that compromise the fair and orderly conduct of the competition.

(5.3) Legal reasons New legal challenges or an unforeseen change in the legal framework could make the implementation of the competition impossible or illegal.

(5.4) Unavailable Prizes If for any reason the advertised prizes are not available or deliverable.

(5.5) Low number of participants If there are not enough people taking part in the competition to make it worthwhile to continue.

(5.6) Unforeseen circumstances Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or other unforeseeable events that significantly affect the implementation or continuation of the competition.

(5.7) Errors in the Terms and Conditions of Participation If a serious error is discovered in the Terms and Conditions of Participation or in the description of the competition.

(5.8) Financial reasons If the Promoter experiences unexpected financial difficulties that affect the conduct of the competition or the awarding of prizes.

(5.9) Negative Publicity If the competition generates negative attention or controversy that could damage the promoter’s image or brand.

(6) Drawing of Winners: Winners will be selected through a random process. blue cherries network GmbH uses software and online services to facilitate this process.

(7) Prize delivery . Prize delivery will generally be announced in the competition communication. Additionally or alternatively, prizes will be delivered by mutual agreement with the winners.

§ 3 Participation

(1) Participants participate in the competition by fulfilling the conditions of participation. This includes, in particular, the proper completion of the participation form. These may also include additional conditions that can be found in the competition announcement (such as the fulfillment of certain tasks).

(2) Participation in the competition is free of charge. No fee-based services are required to participate.

(3) A participant is always a specific natural person ; legal entities are not permitted to participate. Multiple participation, for example, under a pseudonym or using different email addresses, is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the competition.

(4) The conditions for participation must be met during the competition (start and end dates specified in the publication) and submitted to the organizer via the method offered. Participation by any means other than the one offered for participation (e.g., a different email address of the organizer) is excluded and will not be considered. Applications submitted before or after the competition will not be considered. Attempted manipulation will also result in disqualification from the competition.

(5) Participation by minors with limited legal capacity is only possible upon reaching the age of 14 and only with the consent of their legal guardians."

Further information

(1 ) Participants' personal data will be used exclusively to notify them of a win. Data will not be shared and will not be used for any other purpose after the competition has ended.
