Let yourself be transported to the intact “original” Beinberg and experience a time before the internet, toilets and washing machines. A life without any “Bollenhut romance” in the time when the first forest-strip villages were built.
Immerse yourself in the medieval world of the settlers who penetrated the wild Northern Black Forest. You start your tour at the village square in Bad Liebenzell-Beinberg and walk along fields and forests around the village. After your hike, you can visit a real Black Forest distillery and an organic farm, or go to the alpaca farm and touch the soft fur of the beautiful animals, feed them by hand and fall in love with the foals!
In the gift shop “s`Hobbele” you can buy a souvenir made from natural materials as a keepsake.

Experience the Waldhufenpfad on a digital scavenger hunt
The Waldhufenpfad in Bad Liebenzell – Beinberg can now be experienced on an exciting digital scavenger hunt with the free app “Actionbound”. With the help of your own smartphone, you will be guided through the history of the first settlers in the Northern Black Forest in an entertaining way with audio contributions and quiz questions. Time travelers are transported back in time – to the time of the first settlers – and must find their way back to the future. That is the mission! The return journey can only be achieved by solving various puzzles and tasks on parts of the theme path. Thanks to the GPX track it is not difficult to follow the route. Children in particular are motivated to solve the puzzles and collect points for each station reached. Anyone who makes it back to the future will be rewarded with a great competition at the end of the journey. For this you need the last page of the Waldhufenpfad flyer, which can be found at the starting point of the tour. How the game works? First you have to download the app “Actionbound” onto your smartphone (available for free in the App Store). Then scan the QR code in the app (found at the starting point and in the flyer) and you're ready to go.
