Forchtenstein Castle offers a wide range of activities for families from Easter to Christmas.
In summer, the family castle tour makes holiday days anything but boring! Fun and exciting hands-on elements during the joint discovery tour of the history of the Esterházy family make the tour a unique experience for young and old.
As a highlight, the castle offers numerous children's programs during the family autumn. From October 4th to November 8th, families can experience exciting hours ranging from the big kite festival to adventurous evening tours, rousing musical hands-on theater and a scary Halloween program.
Families spend the end of the year at the atmospheric Advent market with a craft room, Christmas stories, children's punch or the musical program "Hansel & Gretel" shortly before Christmas.
