Description Destination

Our farm (popularly known as the Pattererhof) is located just three kilometers from the Green Lake. Surrounded by a wonderful mountain panorama, our alpacas, llamas and camels graze on the lush green pastures. We currently have around 40 alpacas, eight llamas and two camels living with us. We offer animal encounters, alpaca & llama hikes, overnight stays at the alpaca & llama farm, photo shoots, alpaca yoga and much more. You can also browse in our farm shop. On over 100 m2 you will find high-quality alpaca, llama and camel products as well as regional delicacies. But be careful: "Don't look an alpaca/llama in the eyes for too long, you could fall in love!"

    Our farm is located in Tragöß, only 3 km from the Green Lake!
    From Vienna it takes about 2 hours: you drive by car on the A2/South Autobahn and from the Neunkirchen junction take the S6 via Semmering to Bruck an der Mur.
    From Graz it is about 1 hour: take the A9 to the Deutschfeistritz junction, from there on the S35 to Bruck an der Mur.
    From Weiz it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes: drive towards Passail, over the Rechberg, in Fronleiten take the S35 to Bruck an der Mur.
    From Germany, take the A9 via Salzburg (approx. 3 hours from Salzburg) to the St. Michael junction in Styria. Then continue on S6 towards Leoben to Bruck an der Mur.
    In Bruck an der Mur, always follow the signs towards Tragöß/Grüner See. After a quarter of an hour through the Lamingtal you have reached Tragöß and the wonderful mountain panorama appears. We are located in the village of Pichl-Großdorf, about 50 m from the main road.
    It is also possible to get there using public transport. Take the train to Bruck an der Mur main station. From there, a bus (line 175) goes to Tragöß (stop Pichl-Großdorf Siedlung).
    Parking spaces are available at the farm.
