Passionate nature lovers will find extensive hiking opportunities. For leisurely excursions, drive to the visitor car park at Lichtenberg and from there to the Lichtenberg circular trail. After 208 steps and 36 meters in altitude, you have a clear view of the Traunstein, the Höllengebirge, the Attersee, the Dachstein and much more. In any case, it is worth climbing the Attergau observation tower.
