    Keinen Stern wert

    Nach einem Gutscheinkauf im Jahr 2021 wurde jeweils problemlos telefonisch reserviert. Wir konnten dann die fahrt nie antreten 1x wegen kein 3G und 1x wegen Niedrigstand der Donau. Beim 3 Versuch wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es nur online ginge und nicht per Telefon. Als ich meinte, dass ich unterwegs sei und ich keine Mail schreiben kann, wurde mir forsch mitgeteilt, dass jeder eine Mail am Handy hat und ich in der Zeit, wo ich telefonierte ich schon 3 mal eine Mail geschrieben hätte. Meine Beschwerde beim Vorstand wurde nur kurz beantwortet und mir die Schuld zugesprochen. Als ich das Geld zurückforderte wurde auf 3 Schreiben meinerseits nicht mehr reagiert! Für mich als Dienstleister absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Rein auf Massentourismus und schnelles Geld ausgelegt! Unfreundlichkeit, Arroganz und schlechtes Kundenservice gehören zu Ihren Stärken. Ich werde in Zukunft diese Linie meiden! Zur Geschäftsführung noch ein Wort zu sagen: Absolut keine Vorbildfunktion! Zusammengefasst – 5 Sterne
