Amidst the scent of mulled wine, the glittering lights and the bustle of a winter market, the stalls of the International Essen Christmas Market compete for the winter crown. Favorite Rudi Racken suddenly collapses shortly before the final. The cryptic clue reads: “Time + Animal = Bell. If I tip over, it wasn’t cinnamon. Check Poison. R.” Was it an accident or was a crime involved?
As an investigative team, you follow the clues, examine evidence, and uncover false leads. The humorous outdoor escape mystery lasts approximately 90–120 minutes and is suitable for friends and families with budding detectives from about 9 years old. For groups of children under 14 years of age, an adult is required.
Playable from 13.11.2026 to 23.12.2026: Sundays to Thursdays 11am–9pm, Fridays and Saturdays 11am–10pm. The starting point is at Hirschlandplatz, 45127 Essen.
A ticket costs €29.90 and is valid for a group of 2-5 people. You need a smartphone with internet access. The web app runs directly in the browser; An app is not necessary. The digital game materials will be sent via email; there is no physical shipping. We will send out access data from the end of October; For orders placed from the end of October, delivery will be processed a few minutes after payment.
