We are Element Boulders Cologne City, and probably the coziest climbing gym in Cologne, presenting bouldering as an exciting and accessible form of sport climbing – ideal for beginners and advanced climbers alike...

You'll find us in Cologne's city center, right on Schildergasse (above Zalando): Spread across four floors, your bouldering experience is guaranteed, and you can also enjoy the view over the city from our rooftop café, located right next to the "Love Your City" sign.

What makes us so special?

Ropeless bouldering: Instead of complicated belaying techniques, bouldering on low walls is all about body awareness, movement puzzles, and technique – perfect for all fitness levels!

Huge area & diverse bouldering with a fitness floor: On approximately 2000 m² of climbing space, you'll find bouldering problems in nine difficulty levels, boulders for children and families, and classes for all ages – you'll only find this here!

    Our climbing gym is located at Schildergasse 70 in the heart of Cologne's city center. You can walk or cycle to us from the nearest bus stop. Please note that you cannot lock your bike inside the building; you must use the bike racks in the pedestrian zone.

    The Neumarkt bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.

    You can use the city of Cologne's paid parking spaces. Please use the bike racks in the pedestrian zone.

    The gym is located on the 6th floor. There is an elevator providing barrier-free access.
