    The Crestawald Fortress is very easy to reach by private car or bus via the A13 national road.

    Coming from the north, leave the A13 at the Avers exit and drive along the cantonal road through the Roffla Gorge towards Sufers.

    The fortress is located directly above the cantonal road. There are enough parking spaces for cars and buses.

    From the Sufers post office stop, the fortress museum can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot by following the Via Spluga hiking trail northwards.

    Coming from the south, take the Sufers exit and drive along the cantonal road towards Andeer.
