Description Destination

Repower's Küblis power plant has been producing electricity from hydropower since 1921. The power plant is an important part of the energy infrastructure in the Prättigau region of Graubünden and is of great architectural value. The cross-shaped layout of the control center, designed by the Graubünden architect Nicolaus Hartmann junior, is striking.

Repower makes the power plant accessible to interested parties. Specialists show on site how renewable energy is produced in the Küblis power plant. In addition, participants are given an overview of the historical significance of hydropower in Graubünden and in the Prättigau region in particular.

At the end of the tour, participants will have gained a lot of knowledge and will also have a sweet speciality from the region.
