Hauser Kaibling is the perfect entry point to the 4-mountain ski area Schladming – together with Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm it offers 123 kilometers of slopes, 44 modern lifts and pure winter fun – right in the heart of Ski amadé, one of the largest ski networks in Europe.
Skiers and snowboarders can expect perfectly groomed slopes, modern facilities and a breathtaking panorama at 2,015 m above sea level. For gourmets, 15 rustic huts with service, sun terraces and regional specialties invite you to culinary breaks and genuine moments of enjoyment.
A total of 123 kilometers of slopes are available to you. Of this, 46.1 km are blue, 68.3 km are red and 8.3 km are black. Guaranteed fun on the slopes for beginners and professionals.
The two valley runs, the FIS downhill World Cup course and the Prenner downhill run, take you directly to the valley station of the 8-person gondola lift or to the countless parking spaces.
Located directly on the Ennstal federal highway B320, Hauser Kaibling impresses with easy accessibility and excellent comfort: numerous parking spaces, heated ski depot, ski school, sports shop, ticket machines and the popular AlmArenA – restaurant, bar and après-ski meeting point in one – are located directly at the valley station.

From Germany:
Coming from Germany, you can easily take the Munich-Salzburg motorway and then the Tauern motorway (A10) to the Ennstal junction. From there it is only about 30 km via the federal highway (B320) to the Hauser Kaibling ski area.
From Upper Austria/Germany:
An alternative route leads from Nuremberg via Regensburg and Passau to the Voralpenkreuz in Wels. From there, continue on the Pyhrn motorway (A9) to the Selzthal junction and from there on the federal road (B320) towards Haus im Ennstal.
From Vienna:
Coming from the east, you arrive via Vienna (A23) and the Southern Autobahn (A2), then via the Semmering (S6) to the St. Michael junction. From there, take the Pyhrn motorway (A9) to the Liezen junction and then the Ennstal federal road (B320) to Haus im Ennstal.
Arrival by train:
The Hauser Kaibling ski area is located on the international Salzburg-Graz railway line. Express train stations are Schladming and Gröbming, express train stations are Haus im Ennstal and Öblarn.
From the valley station of the 8-seater gondola, take the cable car from the car park/bus stop to the mountain station.
