Description Destination
The starting point for the hike is at the foot of the Sattelberg, about 150 m east of the Pension Concordia and can be reached from Ramsau-Kulm in about 20 minutes on foot or by car. The circular route takes you in about 3 hours over the Sattelberg summit past 16 different stadiums.
There is a lot to discover: the research station with Kali's forest computer center, mountains from the sea and lots of games on various nature and environmental topics. As a reward, the little explorers receive Kali's explorer certificate at the Ramsau am Dachstein tourist office.
The children's mountain in Ramsau am Dachstein lives up to its name and has even more to offer: the Ramsaurier Zwergerl farm (with display and game boards in toddler size) is Kali's play paradise for the youngest. It is located directly next to the Sattelberghütte. In addition to the large forest playhouse and the “Little Ramsau Water World”, you will also discover three real children’s climbing routes while hiking along the Ramsau nature and environmental adventure trail.
