Description Destination

"Pfeiler und Koundl", once the landmark of Laas, are clearly visible from the Etsch bridge - bathing area. In order to be able to irrigate the dry half of the valley, the water was channeled in larch wood channels on high wall pillars over house roofs and the Etsch to the opposite side of the valley. A small part of this was rebuilt in spring 2000 so that the whole system can be better imagined.
