Description Destination
From the house, the rock gallery leads into the Roffla Gorge and at the back even behind the waterfall and thus under the Rhine.
The path leads through the restaurant - where the entrance is - into the museum and further into the gorge.
This rock gallery was built in the winters of 1907-14 by the then innkeeper and owner Christian Pitschen-Melchior.
The story of this life's work, why and how it came about, can be viewed in the house museum.
