Even in summer, the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe is accessible via the Vermunt cable car and the tunnel bus. The journey itself is an extraordinary experience. The magnificent mountain scenery of the Silvretta range, as well as the Vermunt, Silvretta, and Kops lakes located directly alongside the road, captivate visitors.
The lakes of the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe are ideal for high-alpine fishing trips, and the area is also a fantastic mountain biking destination. Additionally, the Silvretta hiking area at the foot of Piz Buin offers diverse tours and breathtaking views for nature lovers.
The Tafamunt cable car, which operates only in summer, takes you to the Verwall mountain range. Arriving at 1,550 meters, you'll be greeted by an idyllic alpine landscape with lush meadows. It's the perfect starting point for a family hike to the Wiegensee – one of the last remaining high-moorland lakes in Europe.
