In an idyllic location on the Danube, surrounded by beautiful nature, our historic mill awaits you with a bakery, mill shop, and the Hildegard von Bingen Museum. We aim to introduce visitors to the history of our mill, the spelt in its various processing stages, and, of course, Hildegard von Bingen, in a stylish setting. This atmospheric space also offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy the meditative silence and nature before continuing your journey.

It is open during our shop hours and by appointment until the end of October. Then it goes into hibernation before reopening in the spring. We look forward to your visit.
