Description Destination
Tubering and uphill sledding is great fun for the whole family! Even the little ones whizz down on tubes next to the covered magic carpet. And all those who want to go a little further can take the platter lift and toboggan up the slope.
Tubering:
Borrow tires from the magic carpet and take a leisurely ride up the 100 m long covered magic carpet. The descent takes you back to the entry point via a specially designated piste area. Parents enjoy riding along or making themselves comfortable on the sun loungers. These offer a clear view of the tobogganing area.
- The food truck in the immediate vicinity provides you with small meals and drinks.
- Tubering is possible during lift hours between 9am and 4pm.
- For this activity you need a magic carpet ticket.
Tobogganing uphill on the weekend:
The platter lift pulls you up with your toboggan and you can enjoy the free ride on the blue slope! The route goes downhill along a specially prepared piste area. You can experience this highlight on the February weekends at the Postalm.

Westautobahn A1 – Regau exit
on B 145 towards Bad Ischl
continue on B 158 – first exit St. Wolfgang / Strobl
then immediately right under the main road,
up via the Höhenstraße to the Postalm Winterpark.
Arrival via Salzburg – 2 options:
Via B159 towards Golling/Abtenau,
at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto B 162,
continue on B 162 – take the Volgau exit,
over the bridge and turn right onto Lammerweg,
turn left onto Postalmstraße.
Via A1 – Thalgau exit,
B 158 towards Hof/Fuschl/St. Gilgen/Strobl
