Description Destination

The old Walser settlement between Warth and Lech am Arlberg below the Karhorn at 1,715 m above sea level had up to 13 houses and a small church in the 19th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, the last residents left the hamlet due to the difficult location in the alpine terrain. Today, the historic place is managed as an alpine pasture and is a popular destination for hikers.
