Take a break in the wildlife park and Heide Himmel
The best holiday destinations can be found on your own doorstep. In the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park and the “Heide Himmel” treetop path in Hanstedt-Nindorf - right on the A7 - stressed families have the opportunity to simply unwind for a day, relax and recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. The “Heide Himmel” with its 700 meter long path and the 40 meter high observation tower offers a view of untouched nature and creates new insights and perspectives into the Lüneburg Heath region. You can also catch a glimpse of the wildlife park’s animals from the treetop path. Wolves, raccoons and Siberian tigers can be observed from there. In the wildlife park itself you can meet these and around 1200 other animals at eye level. Bears, snow leopards, numerous birds of prey and many other animal species from the local nature await visitors. Children who love to move should definitely visit the huge adventure playground. And finally, the wildlife park’s catering service will take care of your physical well-being. The Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park has once again been recognized by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economic Affairs as being particularly child- and family-friendly and will now be awarded the “KinderFerienLand Niedersachsen” certification for another three years. The wildlife park was thoroughly tested in around 50 criteria in the categories of service, safety and facilities and can now continue to show with the KinderFerienLand Niedersachsen logo: Children are warmly welcomed here and in good hands!
From the observation tower of the Heide Himmel treetop path you can let your gaze wander far over the blossoming heathland and simply enjoy nature. To ensure that your visit is as safe and carefree as possible, the wildlife park has a tried and tested hygiene concept. To visit, it is necessary to reserve an entry time slot in advance and it is recommended to purchase the tickets before arrival in the online shop at ticketshop.wild-park.de.     Zu jeder Jahreszeit super

    Wir besuchen den Wildpark regelmäßig, bei jedem Wetter. Im Sommer ist es dort super angenehm, die Bäume bieten viel Schatten. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber, das Restaurant bietet eine tolle Auswahl an und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
