Description Destination
The stone pine experience meditation "Namasté Hochzeiger" lasts about 50 minutes. It starts with a walking meditation along the ZirbenPark, followed by mindfulness and relaxation exercises. The fresh scent of pine and the wonderful view of the Pitztal mountains help you to concentrate completely on your senses. Afterwards, there is a healthy mountain brunch in the Zeiger restaurant with regional products to fortify yourself.
The meeting point is at 9 a.m. at the Hochzeiger valley station.

For organizational reasons, registration for the meditation is mandatory by 12:00 noon the day before at marketing@hochzeiger.com.
