Rate the destination - choose the award - win

As part of the evaluation of our TOP excursion destinations 2022 in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and South Tyrol, we rely on your reviews. Write a review for all excursion destinations that you know personally and that you have already visited. Every review counts! And this is how you take part until March 31, 2022 :

3. In the window, simply describe your experience with stars and words, enter your name and correct email address and send .
   
4. Now all you have to do is confirm your email address . We have sent you a message for this (also check your SPAM folder). Click on the link there and the review will be online and you will be entered into the draw.

Every rating on familienausflug.info counts! So, rate all the excursion destinations you know. No matter how many stars you give, your rating always counts as a chance to win.

The price

Among all reviews submitted and published by March 31, 2021, we will raffle off:

A holiday voucher for a family holiday worth 500 euros.
We will publish exact details about the voucher provider in the coming days!

Newsletter - Competition: Win great prizes until February 18, 2022

We are looking for the most popular region in Austria. Is it the Innviertel, the Pinzgau, the southern Burgenland or the Bregenzerwald? Rate tourism regions in Austria now until August 29, 2021 and win a holiday voucher for Austria worth 100 euros . Here are the regions that can be rated:

The prerequisite for participation is the submission of a valid and approved rating (email verification) for an Austrian holiday region by August 29, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. The drawing will take place on August 30, 2021. The winners will be contacted via email. The winners will be announced - if consent is given - on our social media channels. If a tourism region is missing, please let us know .

§ 1 Organizer

(1) The organizer of the competition is blue cherries network GmbH with the family leisure platform familienausflug.info, represented by the managing director Roland Bamberger.

(2) This competition is in no way connected with Facebook or any other social media provider on which this competition may be announced.

§ 2 Competition

(1) The organizer is holding a competition. For this purpose, it has provided one or more prizes and will award these to the winner(s) in accordance with the following conditions.

(2) Participation does not require the purchase of any goods or services.

(3) Winner notification Winners are usually notified via social media direct message or email . If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond, the draw will take place again.

(4) Transfer, exchange or cash redemption of the prize The prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for another prize or cash.

(5) The competition may be terminated prematurely or changed under certain circumstances .

These are:

(5.1) Technical Problems If the website or platform on which the Competition is hosted experiences significant technical difficulties or failures.

(5.2) Attempts at manipulation Detection of fraud or manipulation by participants or third parties which compromise the fair and orderly conduct of the competition.

(5.3) Legal reasons New legal challenges or an unforeseen change in the legal framework could make the implementation of the competition impossible or illegal.

(5.4) Unavailable Prizes If for any reason the advertised prizes are not available or deliverable.

(5.5) Low number of participants If there are not enough people taking part in the competition to make it worthwhile to continue.

(5.6) Unforeseen circumstances Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or other unforeseeable events that significantly affect the implementation or continuation of the competition.

(5.7) Errors in the Conditions of Participation If a serious error is discovered in the Conditions of Participation or in the description of the competition.

(5.8) Financial reasons If the Organiser experiences unexpected financial difficulties which affect the conduct of the competition or the awarding of prizes.

(5.9) Negative publicity If the competition attracts negative attention or controversy that could damage the promoter’s image or brand.

(6) Drawing of winners Winners will be selected through a random process. blue cherries network GmbH uses software and online services that make this possible.

(7) Presentation of prizes The receipt of prizes will usually be published in the competition communication. Additionally or alternatively, prizes will be presented by agreement with the winners.

§ 3 Participation

(1) Participants take part in the competition by fulfilling the conditions of participation. This includes, in particular, properly completing the participation form. There may also be other conditions that can be found in the publication of the competition (such as fulfilling certain tasks).

(2) Participation in the competition is free of charge. No paid services are required to participate.

(3) A participant is always only a specific natural person ; legal persons cannot take part. Multiple participation, for example under a pseudonym or other email addresses, is not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition.

(4) The conditions for participation must be met during the duration of the competition (start and end specified in the publication) and must be communicated to the organizer via the method offered. Participation via a method other than that offered for participation (e.g. another email address of the organizer) is excluded and will not be considered. Applications submitted before or after the competition will not be considered. Attempted manipulation will also lead to exclusion from the competition.

(5) Participation by minors with limited legal capacity is only possible from the age of 14 and only with the consent of their legal guardians."

Further information

(1 ) Participants' personal data will only be used to notify them in the event of a win. Data will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used again after the competition has ended.
