Description Destination

The Bavarian Forest treetop path is located in Germany's oldest national park. The 1300-meter-long path leads through the crowns of mighty beeches, firs and spruces. The 44-meter-high observation tower, also known as the tree egg, rises above the mixed mountain forest at the Lusen National Park Center near Neuschönau. The Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest are literally at the viewer's feet, and on clear days the view extends as far as the Alps.
