The KÄSEMACHERWELT in the north-western Waldviertel is the adventure world of the cheese and antipasto pioneers DIE KÄSEMACHER and houses a show factory, restaurant and shop. With around 40,000 visitors a year, it is one of the top excursion destinations in Lower Austria. Guided tours offer the unique opportunity to look over the shoulders of professional cheesemakers and see how delicious cheese is made from milk. Indoor and outdoor play areas and a petting zoo round off the offer for families.
