Here, all questions about this will finally be answered, such as "do raisins belong in a real apple strudel or not?" In groups of around 2-3 people, you will make an apple strudel together - and everyone will help. Then everyone will try their hand at making their own Salzburger Nockerl, with the help of a professional, of course. After so much effort, a hearty goulash soup is served for lunch (or a lentil ragout as a vegetarian option). The best comes last: afterwards, there is finally the apple strudel and the Salzburger Nockerl for dessert! This baking course is a great, varied lunch option during a visit to Salzburg.
