Description Destination
In April 2017, Austria's first organic sheep's milk ice cream parlor opened in the middle of Salzburg's old town. Here, guests are pampered with hand-made organic ice cream specialties from the farm's own organic farm.
Sheep's milk ice cream is different! In contrast to cow's milk, sheep's milk stands out for its particularly creamy consistency and its fine, full-bodied taste. It is much easier to digest than cow's milk and contains valuable omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements. This is also due to the species-appropriate organic feeding and husbandry of the sheep.
And the best thing for the Eisl family is being able to see smiling faces every day! The farm's own products and ice cream are available everywhere in the greater Salzburg area in stores or in the online shop and there are various services for events.
