Who hasn't ever felt like zooming around in a real vintage car? In the southern Palatinate there is a great offer for holidaymakers and locals, namely when the restored "Blue Blitz" makes its trips. With 70 HP, they can rock up to 14 day-trippers through the countryside, while inside the good old hits from the 1950s to 70s inspire the nostalgic experience. The larger vintage buses have space for between 24 and 33 people.
Day and half-day tours are offered, where you can either simply drive leisurely through the area, or visit special sights and wineries in the southern Palatinate and Alsace, for example.
The whole thing is presented by the company "Palatina Events" in Landau, where the vintage car enthusiast Gerhard Schäfer and the event specialist Klaus Tscheres work hand in hand.
Incentive events are also a speciality.
