Description Destination
The clown Montelino is the good soul of the mountain and with his magic hat he ensures happiness, joy and good weather. But the sinister goblin Kodok has stolen the clown’s hat and hidden it in a secret place. Only with a good dose of courage can the children manage to solve the ten puzzles, crack the code to the secret magic word, defeat the goblin and win back the hat.
The brave goblin hunters receive an adventure pass at the ticket office of the Reiterkogelbahn valley station, in which the solution symbols provided by the puzzles and games along the adventure trail are entered. Then you take the Reiterkogelbahn cable car up the mountain. There, a 1.8 km long circular hiking trail takes young hikers into the magical fantasy world of the goblin Kodok. Motor skills, intelligence and courage are required at the numerous game stations such as The Sad Rocks , The Dark Gorge or The Secret Message along the natural path. And at the same time, you can learn about the laws of physics in a playful way through parabolic communication or mirror puzzles.
Once all stations have been successfully completed, a board at the end of the path converts the character codes into a magic word. The right magic word frees the magic hat. Once back at the valley station, all successful treasure hunters receive a hat sticker as a symbolic award for their heroic efforts, which they stick into their adventure pass. In addition, all little adventurers take part in a great competition.
NOTE: The adventure trail is only accessible with a stroller as far as the Rosswaldhütte. Visiting the fantasy world is free. The adventure pass, which the brave trackers receive at the Reiterkogelbahn valley station, is included in the valid cable car ticket.
TIP: Visit Montelino’s playground near the Rosswaldhütte.
