Solve puzzles and explore Neumarkt together with the detective badger. At different stations, you have to use writing utensils or an app, skill and brainpower to solve exciting puzzles, find the treasure chest at the end and look forward to an instant prize. The 5-kilometer-long detective trail leads through and around Neumarkt and is suitable for families with children as well as school groups.
How it works:
You can start at any time and without prior registration. The detective trail can be completed using the detective trail app on your smartphone or using a printed detective trail map. The app is available in the Apple Store and the Google Play Store. The treasure map can be purchased, downloaded and printed out via the tourism association’s homepage www.neumarkt-info.at. In addition, the treasure map can also be purchased at the Plusregion office (Mayburgerplatz 4, Straßwalchen).
Go for a stroll? Boooooring! Go on a treasure hunt? Oh yeeeeeeesss! There is now plenty for families to discover on the new “Detective Trail” in Neumarkt. Everyone can learn something new in a playful way during this exciting puzzle adventure.

    By train: stop at Neumarkt am Wallersee. You can reach the start on foot in about 15 minutes or you can take bus 130 towards Salzburg and get off at the Stadtplatz stop. The start is directly opposite.
    By car: In Neumarkt am Wallersee there are short-term parking zones with 90 minutes. Therefore, please park your car in the cemetery parking lot P1 or the Lötschen parking lot P2.
