The Hofburg, with its Renaissance courtyard, is one of the most charming and atmospheric architectural monuments in South Tyrol. The museum presents the Brixen Cathedral Treasure, valuable works of art from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, a nativity scene collection and the diocesan archive in over 70 exhibition rooms. Regular special exhibitions round off the diverse offering.
