All of our more than 60 types of vegan specialty vinegars are lovingly produced in the smallest vinegar factory in Austria. It is located in an old East Styrian farmhouse from 1799, idyllically located at 760 m above sea level in the Almenland Nature Park. It is important to us that the production method is completely natural - only what grows untreated on and around our farm in the nature park finds its way into our vinegars.
