FIPAMOLA (FitnessPArk MOndseeLAnd) is the name of the new sporting gem directly on the lake promenade in Mondsee.
The largest area is taken up by a multi-ball sports field with a plastic surface, hard plastic boards and high nets on all four sides. Here you can kick or throw balls as much as you like, even until after dark, as floodlights have been specially installed.
In keeping with the trend of exercise in the fresh air, the so-called motor skills course is reminiscent of a high ropes course. The difference is that the elements to be used are not installed at a dizzying height but just above the ground and therefore no rope safety is necessary. There is also a work-out course. All areas of the fitness park are not subject to any age restrictions.
​The halfpipe for skaters and BMX riders corresponds to the youthful spirit of the times. However, the absolute favorite among young people is the freerunning course. Competitions in this trend sport are now broadcast live on TV. Freerunners now also have the opportunity to practice their fascinating sport in Mondsee. The concrete elements of the course were designed by the young people themselves under the guidance of the well-known Mondsee spray artist Max Wesenauer, also to send a message against vandalism.
