The VISITOR WORLD at Vienna Airport offers aviation enthusiasts, children and families an exciting insight into the hustle and bustle at the airport.
Starting in the VISITOR WORLD terminal, visitors first explore the airport apron on an AIRPORT tour by bus. Here, the airport activities can be experienced up close and exciting take-offs and landings can be observed up close.
The EXPERIENCE AREA is then explored.
Using multimedia installations, visitors experience a flight from the cockpit perspective, learn the route of the suitcase and view the airport from the virtual view of an air traffic controller at the tower. The busy continuous operation of the airport can be felt in a spectacular 24-hour time-lapse film.
Finally, you can discover the far-reaching 180-degree view of the airport area from the VISITOR TERRACE.

With ÖBB Railjet you can reach Vienna Central Station, St. Pölten, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Bregenz and Graz directly. To get to Klagenfurt, Brno, Praha, Györ and Budapest you need to change trains at Vienna Central Station.

In just 16 minutes, the CAT takes its passengers non-stop from Vienna Airport to the Vienna Mitte transport hub - stress-free and environmentally friendly thanks to emission-free traction current. The City Airport Train runs daily between 05:37 and 23:38.
