Description Destination

At the end of the valley in Saalbach Hinterglemm is Europe's highest treetop hiking trail. In combination with the "Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps", the excursion destination is a project that is unique in the world.

The natural circular trail begins at the valley end car park and leads 2 km through alpine pastures, meadows and forests. The 1 km long treetop trail starts at the Lindlingalm with the 200 m long "Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps". The outward and return journey (2 km each) can also be made with the valley end train in summer. In winter, you can travel the route through the wonderful winter landscape either on foot or by horse-drawn sleigh.
