Description Destination

From the parish church of St. Nicholas in Pichl/Gsieser Tal (1260 m), first follow the access road, then turn right and descend slightly through the meadow slopes to the hamlet of Henzing. From here we continue out of the valley to the Innerförrer and Außerförrer farms. Once here, you continue walking westwards through meadows and the forest, where you have to cross the Maarbach to reach the hamlet of Wiesen (1219 m). A little further down is the Brückenwirt (1190 m, no refreshment stop) on the Gsieser Straße. On the other side of the nearby bridge that leads over the Gsieser Bach, you then follow the signs for "Talblickweg" and then take a flat hike into the valley to the Sinnerhöfen (1194 m) and via the hamlet of Durnwald (refreshment stop possible). Here you turn right again and walk northwards on the access road over the stream to the Gsieser Talstraße, where the "Greiter Stöckl" is located. Turning right again you return to the parish church of Pichl.
