The children's week in St. Johann in Salzburg takes place from April 3rd to 7th, 2023 and marks the crowning conclusion of the "JO" winter season
“JoKiWo” – the coolest adventure week in the Alps
There is something for everyone at the St. Johann Children's Week (April 3 to 7, 2023): fairy tale lovers, freestyle cruisers, technology and quiz enthusiasts will get their money's worth here in the middle of the Salzburg Alps. It starts on Monday, April 3rd: At the start of the “JoKiWo”, the mountain railways will be inspected under professional guidance. The kids and teens learn more about cable car technology, engines in the machine room and snowmaking systems. Things get really exciting in the cockpit of a snowcat.
A fairytale hike (April 4th) followed by a marshmallow barbecue promises crackling family fun.
Another highlight is the ÖSV Freeskier Day (05.04.). Together with professional trainers from the ÖSV, the ramps and jumping elements in the cool snow park are tested. The Punch and Judy show on the same day is particularly recommended for the youngest guests.
On the penultimate day of the “JoKiWo” an exciting scavenger hunt awaits (06.04.) in the city center of St. Johann.
The Children's Olympics (April 7th) will provide the crowning conclusion, where all participants can compete in a playful sporting format.
