By plane:
Airport transfer: From “Hamburg Airport” take the S-Bahn S1 to the “Berliner Tor” stop – change to the U4 subway in the direction of “Elbbrücken” – get off at the “HafenCity Universität” stop – get off on the right in the direction of travel, use the escalator and keep right again and use the second escalator. Direct arrival at the JUFA Hotel Hamburg HafenCity****.
We recommend purchasing a Hamburg Card, which also includes public transport. This can also be booked online through the hotel before arrival or is available directly at the airport. More information about the Hamburg Card or the HVV timetable.
By train:
From “Hauptbahnhof Nord” take the subway U4 towards “Elbbrücken” – get off at the “HafenCity Universität” stop.
Exit to the right in the direction of travel, use the escalator, keep right again and use the second escalator. Direct arrival at the JUFA Hotel Hamburg HafenCity****.
Travelers with reduced mobility please use the exit on the left in the direction of travel. Here you can use the elevator to the upper floor. When you arrive at street level, please take the path into Versmannstrasse. The JUFA Hotel Hamburg Hafencity is located on the right side of the street (light sandstone facade).

Thanks to its convenient location south of the city center and the old town, the most popular tourist destinations can be easily reached on foot or by subway.
By car:
From the north (A7): A1 towards Lübeck / Berlin – exit 26 “HH-Stellingen” onto B4/B5 – B5 towards “HH-Stellingen” – follow B4 (Kieler Straße) for approx. 8.5 km – turn right into Brandswiete – after approx. 800 m turn left onto Überseeallee – the hotel is after 500 m on the right-hand side.
From the north (A1): A1 towards Bremen/Hannover/Berlin – exit “HH-Centrum/HH-Vedel” on A255 – exit “HH-Centrum/HH-Vedel” on A255 – further see “From HH-Centrum/HH-Veddel (A255)”
From the west/south (A1/A7): A1 towards Lübeck/Berlin/Hamburg – exit “HH-Centrum/HH-Vedel” onto A255 – exit “HH-Centrum/HH-Vedel” onto A255 – for further information see “From HH-Centrum/HH-Veddel (A255).”
From the east (A24): A24 towards Hamburg – junction “Hamburg Ost” on A1 towards “Bremen/Hannover” – exit “HH-Centrum/HH-Vedel” on A255 – further see “From HH-Centrum/HH-Veddel (A255)”
From HH-Centrum/HH-Veddel (A255): on A255 – exit towards “Zweibrückenstraße” onto B4/B75 – left onto “Zweibrückenstraße” – left onto “Umfahrung Versmannstraße” – left onto “Baakenhafen Brücke” – after the bridge turn right onto Versmannstraße – the hotel is 200 meters on the right-hand side.
Note: If you arrive by car, we recommend using our hotel's underground car park (€19.50/24h). Please drive directly in front of the roller gate so that it opens and take a ticket.
