Description Destination
The stone farmhouse, which is essentially 400 years old, was out of use and left to decay for several years. When the municipality of Kaprun bought the property, the building was placed under monument protection. The location on the Kirchbichl has a special charm, as there are other historical buildings in the vicinity of the church.
On the first and second floors, the former Kaprun local history museum, which now bears the name Kaprun Museum, has found an attractive home on an area of 140 m².
