On this special tour, families will venture into the heart of the production areas of Europe's first porcelain manufactory, visiting fantastic MEISSEN locations such as the slipwork, the mold archive and the kiln hall – where the secrets of this extraordinary collaboration await discovery. For the first time, the manufactory is also opening its doors to the painting studio for underglaze painting. Here, the onion pattern decoration is brought to life with a steady hand, utmost precision, and delicate brushstrokes. The question of what the Meissen lucky dragon actually has to do with this extraordinary cooperation also remains intriguing.
