Cultural eras and regional handicrafts since the 19th century come to life here. Historical musical instruments, bicycles, furniture and much more can be admired here. The multimedia collections, on the other hand, preserve photographs, films and sound recordings on regional history and media development since the late 1950s. Together, the two collections reveal the changes in Styria over 900 years, including the eventful 20th century.
